Our individual grants are to support children in Gloucestershire who need extra support to learn and thrive.
We support children who are, or have ever been, in care; children with disabilities and special educational needs; and children who need extra support, such as young carers, refugee and asylum seekers and those on a Child in Need or Child Protection Plan.
Most of our individual grants are for between £100 and £1000. The maximum amount you can apply for is £3000.
All of our grants are to support children’s education in the broadest sense. Examples of previous grants include:
Laptops to allow children to learn remotely
Sensory equipment to help children regulate and be ready to learn
Animal therapy to improve wellbeing to allow a child to return to school
Sports equipment or music lessons
We aim to respond to all individual grants applications within two months.
